Edwin Li

Edwin is a seasoned trading executive with over 12 years of experience building and managing trading businesses. Prior to joining Castle Ridge Asset Management, Edwin was a Managing Director at JPMorgan in New York and held various senior roles in the Global Equity division. As the head of Corporate Derivatives and Cash Trading, he led the firm’s business activity in advising, structuring and executing corporate buyback and strategic equity transactions. Before that, Edwin was the head trader for the Structured Trading business where he traded and risk managed the Equity Derivatives division’s portfolio of exotic derivatives with discontinuity, correlation and cross-asset / hybrid risk. Edwin has also worked in Fixed Income where he focused on distressed debt, capital structure arbitrage and interest rate swap hedging.

Edwin attained his H.B.A. with Distinction from the Ivey Business School at Western University and holds a Certificate of Quantitative Finance from the CQF Institute in addition to all supervisory securities licenses in the U.S.A.
